Refreshingly Honest
Indian shopkeeper talking in English to two Italian customers: "I leave my country to come here...my family, friends...it is very hard... Only for the money."
And here's me like a mug still spinning all that crap about the Italian culture and way of life.

oh, hi there.
Hey ben why don't you stop whingeing and come over like everyone else did? ^^
I don't really have much in the way of news or whoever, cepting yesterdays easter bash at scotty's. Was good stuff, good food, and a good reminder of how much I miss everyone at home. Fortunately Dad's forces progress across europe, well on track for our planned rendezvous this coming weekend (as if I would confuse that for last weekend, don't be silly..) Luckily that confusion let me get a head start on flyer distribution - it's only fair to offer warning of the impending E-day (Eviezilla..)
After that of course is none other than teh Zumi and Darky with I believe one Matty in tow. I await this arrival with unrivalled delirium. I mean excitment. I mean Delerium.
Thommo has also planted seeds in my fertile brain for plans to go live it up in 'the burra' (which of course refers to Edinburgh.) We've checked it out and plans are getting pretty serious now. Inspite of vicious rumour that Edinberg is more expensive to live at than londome, evidence points towards cheaper accom, which is tasty like chicken to me.
Still haven't bought a laptop, or guitar, or anything much really.. I remain in my semi-living state, nourished by a bag of twizzlers. yeah, twizzlers, the fruit of kings. (Tom if you're reading this, I see in our future a challenge for international twizzler championship..) Might have to learn bagpipes in scotland. Seems the only rational recourse really. That or the harp.
Btw, it turns out that TheNick is still out of his mind. Good for him.
